The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with LinkedIn Corporation or Daimler Truck AG, or any of their affiliated or related companies.

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees of Sponsor, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotional partners, sales representatives, and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Contest and the immediate family (defined for the purposes of this Contest as parents, spouses, including common law, siblings, and children regardless of where they reside) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win a Prize. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. By entering the Contest during the Entry Periods (defined below), all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to the Contest, which are final and binding. By entering the Contest, you hereby represent and warrant that you have read and understood these Official Rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

CONTEST ENTRY PERIODS. The Contest starts on October 1, 2025, and ends on October 1, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Throughout the Contest Period, there will be a series of separate monthly contests, each with its own separate entry period (“Entry Period”). Entry into one monthly contest during one Entry Period is not entry into any other monthly contest or any other Entry period.
Each Entry Period begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month. The monthly Contest will continue until Sponsor announces the final Contest winner.
Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Contest. All entries must be received during an Entry Period to be eligible for judging for that particular Entry Period.

HOW TO ENTER: To participate and enter any of the contests during the Contest Period, you will need a LinkedIn profile. If you do not already have a LinkedIn profile, create one at www.linkedin.com or download the LinkedIn app to create one; creating a LinkedIn profile is free. By submitting your information and creating a LinkedIn profile, you will be required to agree to the LinkedIn terms of service and privacy notice. If you do not agree to the LinkedIn terms of service and privacy notice, you cannot create an LinkedIn profile.
To enter any of the monthly contests during the Contest Period, you must complete the four steps below during an Entry Period for the applicable monthly contest(s) you wish to enter:
- Follow RIZON Truck North America on LinkedIn.
- Take a photo or video of a RIZON truck at any one of the following locations: on the road, job site, commercial or industrial yard, dealership, test drive event, community events, or trade shows (“Contest Entry”). AI-generated images will not be accepted. Entrants may not repost a photo or video from another LinkedIn profile. You may only submit one Contest Entry per Entry Period.
- Upload your RIZON Truck photo or video through a LinkedIn status update; and

Include the hashtag #SpotTheRizon in the status update. Tagging should occur only in the status update not on the Contest Photo or in the Contest Video.
Once a photo or video is successfully posted to LinkedIn with the required information during the Entry Period it is considered a Contest Entry (“Contest Entry”). No other method of entry will be accepted.
The person submitting the Contest Entry must be the authorized account holder of the LinkedIn profile used to submit the entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized holder of the LinkedIn profile used for entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such LinkedIn profile. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the applicable LinkedIn profile by LinkedIn. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Ineligible entries will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and include entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules, as well as those that are: (i) in whole or in part, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, hateful, embarrassing to another person or entity, deceptive, fraudulent, obscene, invasive of another's privacy or personality rights, tortious, contain racial slurs, or contain explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of, sexual acts, or are not within the spirit of the Contest; or (ii) violate the intellectual property rights of third-parties.
- JUDGING CRITERIA AND WINNER SELECTION. The goal of the contest is to create the most compelling photograph or video that represents the RIZON Truck brand. Eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor or its designee based upon the following criteria as it relates to the Contest Entry: (i) creativity (40%); (ii) quality of Contest entry (30%); and (iii) originality and best representation of the RIZON Truck spirit of zero-emission urban mobility (30%). The top Contest Entry will be eligible for the prize or gift card as described in Section 7. Judges’ decisions are final. Each potential winner is subject to verification by Sponsor as set out in Section 4. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

WINNER NOTIFICATION. Following each monthly judging, the potential winner will be notified by direct message via LinkedIn. If a potential winner: (a) does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification; (b) is found to be ineligible for any reason; (c) fails to execute and return any required information or documentation within the stated time limit; (d) declines the prize for any reason; (e) fails to comply with these Rules; or (f) fails to provide proof of identity upon request. All notification requirements, as well as other requirements within these Official Rules, will be enforced.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
Further to Section 7(c), except where prohibited by law, potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) in accordance with the instructions listed in the prize notification correspondence within five (5) days. If potential winner fails to provide the Affidavit within the required period of time, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify potential winner and award the prize to an alternate potential winner.

PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): There is one (1) prize available to be won for each Entry Period. For the Entry Period starting on January 1, 2026 and ending on January 31st, 2026, the prize is a Mostop D12 RC Car Crawler Pickup Truck 1/10 Scale with an approximate retail value of $65 USD OR (b) a gift card of Sponsor’s choice with a value of $65 USD. Certain restrictions may apply to gift cards. these rules will be updated monthly to provide the prize and its approximate value for each Entry Period.
Please allow a minimum of thirty (30) business days after acceptance of the Prize for its delivery by mail. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize. The value of the prize will be treated as income to the winner and a 1099 will be issued for any prize valued at $600.00 or more. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if the prize or any portion of the prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Actual retail value of prize may differ from stated ARV and Sponsor will not award any difference between actual value and ARV. Actual prize may differ from any promotional images. If a prize, prize documentation or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, this will result in disqualification.

THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: By entering the Contest, you warrant and represent that the Contest Entry submitted by you is your own original work created by you, and you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Contest Entry and that your Contest Entry does not violate any law, regulation or any right of any third-party, including but not limited to rights of copyright, trademark, publicity and/or privacy. Submitting a Contest Entry copyrighted by another individual, or otherwise subject to the rights of another individual, including containing an image of a person without their permission, will make you liable for any legal action the legal copyright holder might take against you. Any Contest Entry featuring individual(s) should be provided with the written approval of the individual in the Contest Entry or, in the case of a minor, written approval of the minor’s parent or guardian. If you do not have a person’s written permission, do not include the person in your Contest Entry.
By submitting an entry into the Contest, you grant to the Sponsor the right, without limitation, to display the Contest Entry online and in any media now known or hereinafter developed. Further, you agree to grant to the Sponsor all rights of ownership, reproduction, and use of your Contest Entry, for any purpose whatsoever without further compensation or further permission, including but not limited to an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to assign, license, use, publish, edit, adapt, modify, alter, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, copyright, create derivative works or otherwise exploit your Submission, for commercial or non-commercial use, and without compensation.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor may disqualify or prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize in this Contest conducted by Sponsor if, at its sole discretion, Sponsor determines that said entrant has violated the Official Rules or has threatened or is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, tampering, hacking, or utilizing deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick-entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor’s representatives in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Contest, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest or the announcement and notification of the Winner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND SPONSOR AND ITS RESPEICTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the announcement of winner.
- DISQUALIFICATION: If an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such entrant will be disqualified.
- PRIVACY & PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Contest and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, statement, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, in perpetuity and without further compensation or limitation in connection with this Contest. Entry in the Contest constitutes consent to the transfer of the personal information collected from the entrant to the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and for such other purposes to which entrant may consent as outlined herein or on the Contest website. - RELEASE. Entrants, by entering, agree that Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns, members, representatives, advertising agencies, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”), will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for any bodily injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Contest or related activity.
- CONTEST CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and any other documents required by Sponsor herein and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity in this Contest, the Official Rules or any other documents required by Sponsor herein, (b) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, penalties and expenses arising out of or related to any statement, action or failure to act by entrant during or in connection with his/her participation herein and/or any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules or of any other documents required by Sponsor and, (c) not to sue and to hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge the Released Parties, from any and all liabilities, claims and demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, in law or equity, whether known or unknown, which entrant (or entrant’s successors-in-interest, heirs and/or agents) ever had, now have, or in the future may have against the Released Parties, including, but not limited to claims arising out of or related to personal injury (including death) and/or damage, theft, loss or any other harm resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (i) participation in the Contest or any Contest related activity, (ii) the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, (iii) the use of any of the rights granted herein (including, without limitation, the use and exploitation of the entrant’s name, address [city and state], biographical information, statements, voice, photograph and/or other likeness), (iv) any malfunction or other problem with any Contest website or webpage, (v) any error in the collection or retention of entry information, and (vi) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, ore other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, wireless towers, or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related materials; or any other errors, problems, or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or other, relating to the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with administration of the Contest, processing of entries, announcement of the winner, or any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users (e.g., hacking) or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the Contest website. The Released Parties are not responsible for any malfunction of any Contest website or webpage or error in the collection, processing or retention of entry information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website; attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor; or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion thereof) and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT REPRESENTAION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- CANCELLATION/SUSPENSION/MODIFICATION OF OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND CONTEST: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify suspend, extend or cancel the Contest (or any portion thereof) in the event Sponsor is prevented from executing the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to: fire; flood; earthquake; explosion; public health epidemic or crisis; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; network or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; terrorist threat or activity; war (declared or undeclared); court order; or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Contest (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, or other causes or events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, fulfillment or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner by way of random drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
- DISPUTES AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: This Contest is subject solely to the applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws of the United States and Canada; provided, however, that except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Federal or state courts located in California or Ontario, as applicable (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California and the Province of Ontario and Canada, as applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California or the Province of Ontario and Canada, as applicable therein.
- JURISDICTION: The Contest and the Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of California. In the event of any dispute, entrants submit to exclusive personal jurisdiction in California and Ontario, as applicable, and agree that any dispute shall be brought in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California or the Circuit Court for the County of Los Angeles or the Superior Court of Ontario, as applicable.

- THIRD PARTY TRADEMARKS: Any third-party trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective trademark owners. The use or mention of such third-party trademarks in these Official Rules or in the Contest is solely for descriptive purposes and shall in no way imply an endorsement or Sponsorship of the Contest.
- MISCELLANEOUS: In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained in the Rules.
